Trish Mercer has been a world traveler for over 27 years. Married to a professional Army officer, Trish is proud to say that she had "visited 27 countries before I was 27 years old." She escorted her first tour groups in Europe and the Middle East in the late 1970's. Trish feels that to optimize your travel experience, savy travelers should immerse themselves in the cultures of their destinations. Upon returning to the United States, she focused on being a sales and customer service training executive for a Fortune 500 corporation. But she continued to travel with cruises to the Caribbean, and tours to South Korea, Hong Kong, and Thailand.
In 1996, after a two-week trip to Alaska, and a 11-day cruise through the Panama Canal, Trish knew that the travel industry was her true love. She knew that by combining her travel knowledge and experience, with her passion for customer service, that she could provide her clients with a superlative travel experience.
